人鱼线上的绒毛应该是肚脐毛，跟胸毛，胡须，腿毛，腋毛和阴毛一样属于男人正常毛发的一种，当然，由于遗传原因，有些人有，有些人没有。一般来说，西方的男性会比较多。很多时候肚脐毛是跟胸毛生长连在一起，如果你不想它黑乎乎杂乱一遍，此时就可以加以修剪。建议你只留下肚脐眼附近及以下的毛发，其他的你得全部剃掉。
体毛和饮食有没有关系？
脂肪对毛发的生长很重要，低脂肪或者无脂肪的食物可能会引起脱发。其次，维生素A是维持正常体毛生长的营养元素，长期服用复合维生素B可以使毛发恢复色泽。此外，当体内缺少铜元素时，可以导致体内毛色丧失，缺乏锌元素则会导致体毛大面积脱落。所以在饮食中，你需要加入这些营养元素。
留胡子有害健康
胡须具有吸附有害物质的特性。国外专家将刮下来的胡子经过气象色谱仪分析之后，发现了数十种有害物质。大气中含有的多种重金属颗粒，尤其是繁华的街道，汽车尾气排放出的多环芳烃、铅等重金属元素。在显微镜下还能发现胡须中的大量微生物。这些有害物质可能会随你的呼吸回到身体，危害健康。因此，奉劝你，不要留胡子。
过多体毛怎么办？
体毛会越剃越短粗吗？其实体毛的长势是根部粗，上部细，从根部切断毛发，看上去它是变粗了，但其实没有。所以你最好能把体毛长度都修建到0.5厘米左右就OK，过长或者过短都不容易去除干净。减少红肉、油腻、刺激性食物的摄取，少吃味精等调味品，有助于抑制体毛生长。
不爽就用脱毛膏去掉
脱毛膏是利用其中的化学物质溶解毛发结构，达到脱毛目的。脱毛膏会从毛囊内溶解体毛，使新生毛发更柔软，而蜡纸则是从根部瓦解毛发，所以新生毛发不但不扎手，反而更少更细。使用脱毛膏时，将其涂抹在肌肤上，保证厚度足够覆盖体毛，覆盖只需要5分钟，然后用刮匙刮去脱毛膏，最后用冷水立即冲洗。
