Now this case is something that a few people missed. And so I picked this as a case. 30 years old, trauma, emergency scan, what is that structure in the pelvis? Well, at first glance you can say, well maybe it's a tumor or a bleed or maybe it's artifact. Then when you look carefully, you see that's in (within) the uterine cavity, that's actually a fetus. So this patient was about eight weeks to ten weeks pregnant. The patient had planned an abortion. So there was not an issue again the radiation dose, probably would not have been an issue either. But again it's something to be aware of, sometimes we do pick up even patients who say they're not pregnant, and they're not having sex, and all those things. I don't know how they get pregnant, but they do. It's something that we're very careful about in younger patients, when we're getting CT scans in terms of looking at the patient's pregnancy test. But every once in a while there are false negative pregnancy tests, and this is an appearance you should recognize. The key thing is not to misinterpret it as a tumor,and then work the patient up for neoplasm.
【宫内妊娠】这个病例曾被不少人误诊，所以我拿出来与大家分享。患者女，30岁，外伤，行急诊CT，骨盆附近可见异常结构，是什么呢？若不仔细看，可能会考虑肿瘤、出血或者伪影。但仔细观察后，可见其位于宫腔内，是胎儿！所以该患者应该是一位8-10周的孕妇，准备流产。虽然辐射剂量不大，可能也不会造成其他影响，但这的确是平时工作中需要注意的问题。有时我们太过于相信患者，她们说没有怀孕，没有性生活等，但实际上确实有孕在身。特别是在年轻患者身上，行CT扫描时一定要注意看患者的妊娠试验。即使有时也会出现假阴性，但这也是我们应该注意的地方。关键是不要误诊为肿瘤，然后进行肿瘤的一系列检查。
