For me personally, writing is much easier than speaking. There are three reasons for this. First of all, when we learned English at school, most of the time we just learned reading and writing. We spent very little time practicing our spoken English. Secondly, when I write English, I have more time to think about what I’m going to write before I actually write it. When I speak English, I don’t have much time to think about what I’m going to say, so it’s easier to make a mistake. Finally, when I write English, I don’t have to worry about my accent.
