A great piece of advice from performance athlete trainer Michael Boyle, co-founder at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning (MBSC), is to keep it simple.
In the latest Work It Out, Boston video, host Alexa Pozniak pays a visit to Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning in Woburn and tries out the five exercises Boyle says everyone should be doing.
Doing this workout twice a week will get you feeling better and looking better, according to Boyle. This workout not only trains pushing and pulling muscles in the upper body, but also incorporates core and leg strengthening, in only five moves!
