天门市2015年小学六年级英语质量检测说明

（征求意见稿）

一、指导思想

1、本次命题将以考查学生的基础知识和基本技能为重点，通过考试如实地反映出学生综合运用语言的能力，让他们体验英语学习的进步与成功，认识自我，建立自信，了解自己学习中的得失,在今后的学习中及时调整学习的策略和方法，让学习更轻松、更富有成效。

2、本次命题也将一如既往地关注试卷的导向作用，要让教师通过考试了解英语课程改革的动态，获取教学的反馈信息，对自己的教学行为进行反思和适当的调整，不断地提高自己的教育教学水平，要让学校通过对考试的质量分析及时了解英语课程的实施情况，改进教学管理，促进英语课程的不断发展和完善。

二、命题说明

1、命题原则

（1）注重基础知识的考查。试卷以教材为依据，试题来源于教材，但又避免对教材中的知识进行生搬硬套，重点考查一些学生必须掌握的基础知识，为今后的英语学习夯实基础。

（2）突出语言的交际功能。 英语作为语言，是一种交际工具。小学英语教学就是要根据小学生的年龄特点和语言学习的规律，确立以“听说领先、读写跟上”的原则进行，因此，考试将注重对听说能力的考查。

（3）渗透对能力的考查。学习英语的目的就是要运用其进行交际，小学英语的教学必须教给学生运用语言的方法和能力，因此，考试也将注重对学生阅读理解能力的考查。

2、考查要求

以《英语课程标准》为指导，以教材规定的学习内容和教学目标为依据，不超纲、超本。考试的目的主要是考查学生初步的听力、语言情境交际、简单的书写、语言表达能力等。

3、内容及范围

考试范围以《英语课程标准》为依据，涵盖pep新版六上、六下的内容，其中六上占40％，六下占60％。由于我市小学英语的教育教学水平还有待进一步提高，因此，今年英语写作仍就不列入考查范围，适当降低考试难度。

4、形式和试卷结构

本次考试采用闭卷考试形式，时间为60分钟，试卷满分100分。试卷由听力部分（40分）、笔试部分（60分）构成。试题力求贴近学生生活实际，严控难度值，试卷一、二、三档题比为7：2：1。
