当别人不理解你的时候

很多时候你的所作所为不为别人所接受理解，这是个非常正常的现象，因为你在做的有可能是世界上最难的两件事之一，一件是从别人口袋拿钱，另一个是把自己的思想强加给别人。

There are two most difficult things in this world, one is to get money from others, and the other is to impose your thoughts on others, of which you are probably doing one, therefore it is not abnormal that what you have done、are doing or will do is not acceptable for others.

如果你经常被身边的人误解，无论是生活或是工作中的，那么就要考虑自己的做法或是想法是不是欠妥，因为你是活动在有许多人的环境中，没有谁天生是要为别人的无知或是错误买单的。

No one is responsible for payment for others' mistakes or ignorance. If you find yourself arduous to be understood no matter where you are, either in life or in work, then it is essential you take the way you do or think into consideration, maybe what you are trying to express is too equivocal to understand.

如果你是领导，那么你的做法或是想法若更多的从大局出发，难免会有属下不理解或是误解的时候，不过现在是团队合作的年代，最好能兼听则明，若能跟属下进行协调合作就能保证事半功倍，因为是他们成就了你的领导地位。

Inevitably, the way you do or think will conflict with that of your people, especially when they are more related to the overall situation. Whereas it's better and advisable that you coordinate with your people to create a powerful and multifunctional team where you are made a leader.

如果你不是领导，那么你的做法也会经常跟别人有冲突，正确的做法是不能一意孤行，把最起码的讨论筹码都毁了，跟所谓的礼尚往来意思很类似，因为你不至于强悍到不要团体协作。

It's also normal that your thinking or doing will contradict others', and the reasonable or workable way is to discuss or talk with others instead of arguing or quarrelling with them, just like a good relationship that deserves efforts from all related counterparts, unless you are so capable as not to work under a team.

没有人是完美的，人与人相处是一个相互连续学习交流的过程，不能故步自封，也不能任意妄为，否则无论是在工作还是生活中，窝在同一个地方，对谁都不好，对家和公司也不利。

Everyone is imperfect, getting along with others is a continuous process to study, and communicate, or an interactive platform to tackle troubles or problems, where not arrogance or selfishness is allowed to perform, otherwise it is danger and harmful for both persons and the organization where you are located.
