If you keep on doing the same things over and over again, you will get the same results, over and over again. Your life will change the moment you decide it is time to change, it’s that simple. It all starts with a thought, an idea and based on that the actions you will take will lead you in a different and new direction. Will lead you in the right direction.

Your world is your consciousness objectified. Waste no time trying to change the outside; change the within or the impression, and the without or expression will take care of itself. When the truth of this statement dawns upon you, you will know that you have found the lost word or the key to every door. I AM (your consciousness) is the magically lost word which was made flesh in the likeness of that which you are conscious of being.”
一直记住：我富有，贫穷，健康，生病，自由，禁锢它们变成可见的表现之前开始只是能被感受到的感觉和状态而已。你的世界是你主观意识的客体化。不要在改变外在方面浪费时间。改变内在和感觉，外在和表现也会随之变化。当你领悟到这段话的真谛时，你会发现那丢失的词和每扇门上的钥匙。”我是”（你的意识）就是那神奇的丢失的词，你意识里想成为什么，它会像你意识里想得一样变成肉身 。
