In modern society, as the result of many reasons, such as the rising living cost or intense competition for jobs, many people find it extremely difficult to strike a balance between their job responsibilities and personal interests. First of all, it is advised that people should be less obsessed with their career pursuit and pay more attention to what their heart really desires. If one is less ambitious, he or she can have sufficient time to spend on activities that are either relaxing or entertaining, such as joining a sports club.

Otherwise, the young might feel anxious and fall in a mess. Firstly, individuals need to develop a schedule so as to manage time properly. This is because if one does not plan out what needs to be completed before a certain deadline, he or she will not be able to make sure what activities should be prioritized. Balancing work and life is never easy, especially in modern society where technological progress has made it easier for people to work outside of working hours. Personally，I think good mobile device habits and good work habits are the key to a better work-life balance.

Firstly, firm phone rules can help a lot. The marvel of technology enables people to maintain contact with each other anytime and anywhere, making it easy to bring work home at the end of the day. Therefore, a ban on the mobile phone in occasions like family gatherings is an effective way to ensure work will not invade leisure time.
