题目：

These days, more and more companies allow employees to work from home. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this pattern?

重新看一下上回写的几种开头方式：

想原因：As a result ofthe advent of the internet, many people, these days, are able to work from home on the computer.（介词短语）

想结果：The advent of the internet hasmade it possible forpeopletowork from home.

举例子：working from home seems to become increasingly popular in some occupations such aseditors, programmers and designers.（介词短语）

作对比：Traditionally,work is done in such places asthe office and the factory. However, this situation has changed, withmore and more people choosing to work from home on the computer.

想目的：In order toincrease job flexibility and working efficiency, an increasing number of companies now begin to encourage their workers to finish their job assignments from home on the computer.(动词不定式)

在配合上上节课分享过的观点句套句，所以一个完整的开头段就是：

Traditionally, work is done in such places such as the office and the factory. However, this situation has changed, with more and more people choosing to work from home on the computer. Personally, I think this trend has both positive and negative outcomes.

接下来咱们分享主体段：

首先要思考，在家工作有哪些好处？从个人角度出发至少两点

1.省时间，精力（因为不用去上班）

2.找工作机会变多（因为不受地域限制）

在这里可以自己练习一下，写出一个段落，论证方法主要以三个W为主，即：why，how，what为什么，怎么样，结果怎样，再具体一点就是想原因，举例子，想结果，作对比，做假设都可以。

第一个观点：省时间

First of all, this working pattern would save employees a great deal of time and energy as they do not need to commute between home and the company.(原因状从)

或者还可以写成：

First of all, employees do not need to travel between home and the company, saving them a great deal of time and energy. （分词做结果状语）

在这之后我们可以举个例子：

比如，想一下怎么省的时间或者去上班为什么费时间

那肯定是:

1 交通堵塞traffic congestion 还可以加一个

2 地铁拥堵 crowded subways

这都是去上班比较闹心的事,而且尤其是大城市比较严重

所以就可以说：

For example, people will no longer need to worry about traffic congestionand crowded subwaysespecially to those who work in large cities.

或者咱们套用一个句型：

This is particularly important for those wholive in large cities where traffic congestion and crowded subways always make commuters feel frustrated.

下面再说一下第二个观点：工作机会多

Moreover, people would have more choices in job huntingwithout geographical restrictions.

或：Since the distance is not a barrier any more, people wouldhave more choices injob hunting. (这样写，连接度更好，更顺畅)

这时候想一下怎么凸显不受地域限制的？举个例子：

For instance, a person who live in Beijing can work for a UK company based in London.

整个段落是这样的：

This is particularly important for those who live in large cities where traffic congestion and crowded subways always make commuters feel frustrated.
