===================== DESCRIPTION=====================I wasn't much of a fan of scones when I started baking, having learnt them at pastry school. They were nice with jams and cream, but I could just have pancakes or something, or bread. My main issue was it seemed tad dry or hard for me, until I found ways to make it softer, and richer in taste. But like I often say, these kind of recipe food I tend to prefer it to be easy enough so I can actually bake them regularly rather than a one-off dessert for occasions. Thankfully this 4 (or 3 if you just use self raising in place of the plain, and opt out the baking powder) ingredient scone makes it not only soft, rich and super quick! Takes less than 20 minutes to have it from nothing to 12 fresh scones on your table!I like to serve it with the garlic herbs butter in my recipe linked here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp_QD...And toast it well, spread cottage cheese with seasoned cherry tomatoes on vines, or avocado. You could do anything with this, add in some cream cheese, sub in some cocoa for dessert.Q: Tell me how you like your scones! :D===================== BLOG=====================For the full written recipe and extra notes:https://sugarylab.wordpress.com/2016/...===================== INSTAGRAM =====================http://instagram.com/sugarylab===================== MUSIC ===================== Phantom Sage - Silence ft Byndy
