船用克令吊检查和保养的经验反馈,是为了帮助船船员良好自查克令吊,并获得安全的货物操作,减少麻烦并使客户满意。如果吊货设备没有通过检查,可能给船东带来重大损失,同时有损船东在客户心目中的名誉。因此船员要保养好吊货设备,使之时刻处于良好的工作状态,以便随时准备接受港口当局或装卸工人严格的检查。

This feedback is to assist crew on board in good self check ship’s crane to achieve safe ship operation, loss prevention and Customers satisfaction. If fail to inspection of the cargo gear then it may be costly and may be ruin owner’s reputation with Customers, so ship’s crew are required to maintain the gears in good working condition all times, so as to  ready for inspection and acceptance by any stringent authority or stevedores.

钢丝绳没有暴露油麻心和变形,没有扭曲和打结,没有硬弯,没有膨胀,内外没有腐蚀。

No exposed core & deformities in wire, No twist & kinks, No bends,  No Ballooning, No internal or external corrosion

钢丝的任何一处断丝不超过10根

在美国西海岸港口,钢丝绳的任何一处断丝不超过3根

在澳大利亚港口,10倍钢丝绳直径长度内破断不超过5%

No more than 10 randomly distributed broken wires in 1 rope lay.

No more than 3 or more broken wires in 1 strand in 1 rope lay in USWC ports.

No more than 5% broken wires in 10 x diameter in Australia.

克令吊钢丝绳的证书需在船上,在钢丝绳琵琶头处打印好钢丝绳的证书号。

Wire certificates are on board. Thimble on wire rope is punch marked with the wire certificate number.

吊货钢丝的长度应足够长,使吊货滑车能接近舱底0.4米处,并且仍有四圈钢丝保留在滚筒上。

Hoisting wire is long enough for cargo block to reach within 0.40 mtrs from the tanktop with 4 turns remaining on drum.

吊臂放至最低限位处时,钢丝的长度要足够长且至少仍有4圈保持在滚筒上

Luffing wire is long enough to have at least 4 turns remaining on drum when the jib is at its lowest working limit.

所有吊臂凹陷都被船级社的验船师记录在装货设备记录簿内

如:吊臂架的圆弧出凹陷大于2mm和吊臂面凹陷大于50%吊臂边钢板的厚度,这种变形的修理在美国西海岸港口要进行挖补。

All jib indentations are noted in cargo gear books by class surveyor.

Indentations > 2 mm on radius of the jib frame and >50% of jib plate thickness

on sides, deformation will require insert renewal in USWC ports.

所有的滑车组(在吊头,吊中和塔顶)都要进行如下检查

滑车槽光滑,钢丝印记,滑车边缘的磨损,腐蚀,凹陷,变形和要保持良好的外部保养

All sheaves on (jib head, jib centre and turret top) are inspected and free of any grooving, wire marks, wastage of flange, corrosion, dents, deformities and are maintained in good cosmetic condition.

检查滑车上为防止钢丝跳槽档杆要良好状态且不磨钢丝

Sheave guards to prevent wire jumping inspected and are in good order and won’t chafe the wire.

检查转盘轴承和螺栓应处于良好状态

Turn Table Bearing and bolts inspected and found in good order.

机器出所应整洁,无漏油,机器无不正常的杂音

Machinery space is in clean condition – no oil leaks, no abnormal noise from machinery.

吊货钢丝和吊臂钢丝的滚筒刹车盘及刹车带应处于良好状态

Hoist and luffing drum brake bands and brake linings are in good condition.

吊货钢丝和吊臂钢丝的导向滑车应灵活运转且没有被磨出沟槽

Guide roller on hoist and luffing drums are moving freely, not grooved.

克令吊进口处无杂物,内外要有良好的照明,通道内无油渍,确保安全进入操纵室

No obstructions around crane access, Lighting inside and outside are in order.

Safe access to the driver's cabin and no oil residues on walkways.

Markings are clear and legible. Each item block, hook and shackle shall be identified and related back to the certificates and cargo register covering the testing and inspection of the cargo gear.

检查吊货设备安全限位的设置与厂家的规范和测试相一致

Cargo gear safety limits checked set to maker’s specifications and tested as satisfactory.

船上必配的备件随时可用,表明存放位置

Critical spares for deck cranes are available on board and location posted.

吊货滑车的固定螺栓和螺丝要安装适合

吊货滑车的固定螺栓和螺丝要安装适合,不松动,螺丝不突出平板,螺栓口未损坏,螺丝不焊接在螺杆上,防止螺丝松动的挡板要正确的焊接在吊货滑车板上,螺栓套管不要与滑车板焊在一起

Cargo Block securing bolts and nuts are fitted properly – no loose,

nut not protruding on the cheek plate, bolt hole not damaged, nut is not

welded to the bolt, nut stopper correctly welded, spacer tubes not welded

on the block cheek plates.

Cargo loose gear (shackles, floating blocks, chain, hooks) are free to be disconnected if required.

卸扣不应摇摆不定,耳轴眼不应过松的安置

Shackles are not wobbling and not loose fit on trunnion eye.

吊货锁具磨损应小于10%

吊货锁具磨损应小于10%,耳轴眼,耳轴,卸扣,卸扣销子,滑轮,开口滑车,绑扎锁具,吊货钩头

Wear down on cargo gear shall be less than 10% – Trunnion (Swivel) eye, shackle, shackle pin, sheave, snatch blocks, lashing gear, cargo hook.

吊货钩头应很容易被卸下以便连接抓斗

Crane hooks are easily removable to enable connection of grabs by shackle.

 

要求所有船舶到港时所有吊货设备都应保持最好的外观和按照上述指导进行检查,从而能够被港方和/装卸工人所接受。请记住与装卸工人争吵和打架只会使船岸双方的事情变得更糟糕,还有不仅使船东商业利益受损而且也会使船东来之不易的名誉受损。

All vessels are required to arrive port with cargo gears in most presentable cosmetic condition and checked all gears as per above guidance, so as to get it acceptable by port authority and/or stevedores. Please keeping in mind that arguing and fighting with stevedores will only make the matters worse for both ship and shore teams and the owner will not only suffer losses but also owner’s hard earned reputation and business to owner.
