Research on Reform of Practical
Teaching System of MechanicalEngineering Based on Industry Demand

Abstract: The society needs innovative talents urgently ， and engineering practice ability is the essentialquality of innovative engineering and technical talents． Practical teaching is the most important way to cultivatestudents ’ innovative ability． Based on the employment environment demand of mechanical majors and the con-cept of university － enterprise cooperation ， the paper puts forward reform measures to solve the problems existingin the present practical teaching ， aiming to provide references for its reform so as to meet industry needs．

Abstract: Xingyi boxing is known as a famous kind of internal boxing． It helps people to stay healthy bycultivating their inner energy ， training the opening and closing down of their Qi activities and effectively stimula-ting their meridians and viscera． Practitioners of ancient Xingyi boxing pursued the higher state of martial art onthe basis of cultivating strong physique ， ultimately reaching the highest level of combining boxing and boxer to-gether． History has proved that Xingyi boxing has significant fitness function． It is easy to practice and quick tostrengthen body．
