1.Read 10 pages every day – Most successful people read before going to sleep each night. For most successful people, reading is a non-negotiable! Why? Because the key to personal development is being a life-long learner. The best and easiest way to engage in this process is through books. Some of you might not read at all right now. That’s not a problem. Start with 10 pages a day. That will take about 15 minutes. You’ll find that reading helps you sleep better at night because it helps you disengage your brain from all the problems of the day. You will also feel a sense of accomplishment.

1.每天读十页书---大部分成功人士睡前都有读书的习惯。对于大部分的成功人士来说读书是无可厚非的!为什么?因为个人发展的关键就是终身学习。参与这一过程最好、最便捷的方式就是看书学习。也许现在你还没有看书,那也没关系。一天就看10页吧,那也就只花15分钟。你会发现晚上看书能让你睡得更好,因为阅读会让你的脑袋思维远离白天纷扰着你的问题。你也会有一种成就感。

2.Set goals – A great habit to start your personal development training is setting goals. They don’t need to be massive, life-altering goals. Maybe something as simple as reading 10 pages every night for a month?

2.设置目标---开始个人发展训练的一个好习惯就是给自己设置目标。目标不需要很宏大,不需要定下你一生的目标。就像每天晚上看10页书,给自己设立一个月的看书目标那样简单的事情就可以。

3.Make a notecard – the notecard is the secret weapon for successful people. Before going to bed every night, write down 3 to 5 things that have to get done the next day. Those will be put on a notecard that will be carried with you all day. Why? At any point you can pull out your notecard and see what needs to be done! I can guarantee you will get more done by using a notecard.

3.制作便签---便签是成功人士的秘密武器。每天晚上睡觉之前,写下明天要做的事情,3-5件即可。这些记着待完成事项的便签,你会携带一整天。为什么?因为在任何时候你都可以拿出来看看还需要做些什么事。使用了便签之后,我敢保证你完成的事情会更多。

4. Get up earlier - I left this for last on purpose. Some people will immediately stop reading after this point. However, it still needs to be said. Think about it…how much more would you be able to get done in a day if you got up at 6am instead of 8am? Not only are you missing 2 extra hours a day by getting up later, but you are not fully awake when you start your work day! Most people do not have a getting up early problem, they have a going to bed too late problem! It has been said that nothing good happens past 10pm. Seriously, turn the tv off and go to sleep. Your body with thank you with more energy and vitality the next morning!

4.早点起床---我是故意把这点留到最后的。因为有些人读到这一点之后肯定就不会往下读了。但是还是得要说。好好想想,要是你的起床时间是6点不是8点,每天你能多做多少事情?晚起床两小时你失去的不只是两个小时的时间,而是当你开始工作的时候还没完全清醒。大多数人早起都没问题,问题是睡得太晚了。据说10点以后睡就不怎么好。所以,关掉电视,早点睡觉。你也会因此精力充沛,早上的时候更有活力。
