    Morning, sir ! My name is ***, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, I  would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly,i am ** years old,born in***province ,northeast of china,and i am currently a senior student at *** XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still. i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in these fields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character? i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valley ball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

下面来谈谈考博科研计划书的撰写

经验分享一：

近年来不少学校考博时需要提交科研计划书，这是导师考察学生素质的一种方式，博士在读期间最重要的任务就是从事科研工作和撰写标书，因此科研计划书十分重要。以国家自然科学基金为基准谈谈如何撰写科研计划书（撰写的科研计划书最好和导师的研究方向一致），当年我是以一份中标的国家自然科学基金为蓝本撰写的。

科研计划书的主要内容

1、项目的立项依据基础研究需结合科学研究发展趋势来论述科学意义；应用基础研究需结合国民经济和社会发展中迫切需要解决的关键科技问题来论述其应用前景

2、项目的研究内容、研究目标,以及拟解决的关键问题目标应该是解决科学问题，凝炼出科学目标。内容应突出重点，只求解决一、二个问题。每个内容细节可清楚一点，严忌“内容过多，重点不突出”。拟解决的关键问题必须写，力求准确。

3、拟采取的研究方案及可行性分析(具体做法)关键技术问题如何解决，思路要写深、写透，多层次表达研究方法、技术路线要思路清晰采用的分析手段用途明确

4、本项目的特色与创新之处提出申请人的研究特色和新颖的学术思想

5、年度研究计划及预期研究结果（1）年度研究计划：要有稍具体的设想（2）预期研究成果需要注意的问题国家基金重点在探索与创新，创新点主要是指独特的研究特色或有何理论创新或技术创新。创新点一般不大，如将创新点写成“应用实验与理论计算分析相结合，探索...规律”，或“通过...问题的研究，建立...的关系”，很难让评审人认可。

摘要通常包含五方面内容，通常是：

1）...在...方面非常重要；

2）将用...研究方法；

3）重点研究...内容；

4）实现...目标；

5）会有...科学意义' 。

但一些申请书的摘要几乎全是研究方法和内容，很难让大同行看到研究的必要性与创新性，而评审人全是小同行的概率较小。

立项依据通常包括三个方面：

1）从重要性引出科学问题；

2）由研究动态说明别人的研究瓶颈，存在的问题及你的创新思路；

3）如果实现项目预期目标后的重要意义（价值）。

但一些申请书用过多篇幅介绍内行均知的背景，降低了评审人的评审效率；但在研究动态介绍上却过于简单，没有讲清楚别人的研究现状与遇到的共性问题，又要浪费评审人很多时间来判断你的创新性是否可靠。研究内容写的过多过大是常犯的错误。只要把一个小的问题解决清楚就可以了。一些申请书的题目像一本专著的名称，研究内容面面俱到，这时就要警惕了。除了求新，国家基金撰写的另一个核心是求有限目标。

经验分享二：

其实科研计划书没有这么难，首先你要确定一个大的方向，比如我当时选择的是肿瘤耐药机制，然后通过综述大概了解一下这个方向，并最终确定你的计划书，比如我写的上皮间质转化与耐药的关系，接下来，也是最重要的一步，找1到2篇你认为好的文章，最好是博士毕业论文，仔细精读，弄懂三个问题

1，文章从哪几部分来阐述的这个问题。

2每一部分他用的什么方法。

3实验数据是否支持得出这样的结论。

其实科研计划书就是把文章逆向提炼的过程。至于一些细节方面的问题，比如每种方法的原理，可以通过度娘来解决。当时我的科研计划书就是这样写的。当然，至于科研计划书的结构，可以搜索几份该领域的国自然或者省自然。两周应该可以弄出来的。
