Unit4 When do you have class?

--What time do you usually have breakfast?

--Well, on school days I usually have breakfast at 7 o’clock in the morning.

--I see. And when do you have class?

--I have classes from 8 o’clock in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon.

--Hmmm. Do you take exercise?

--Oh yes. I usually go running or swimming in the afternoon from 4:30 to 5:30.

--Thank you very much.

你通常什么时候吃早饭？

嗯，在学校的时候，我通常在早上七点吃早饭。

我懂了。你什么时候上课？

我从早上8点到下午4:30都有课。

嗯，你锻炼吗？

【知识考点一】

from…to… 从……到……

from…to… 可指时间、地点、数字的“从……到……”

take exercise 进行体育锻炼

do exercise  =  take exercise

到去跑步的时间了。

go 后面接动词ing形式：

【知识考点四】

when 和 what time 的区别

when 和 what time 都可以用来提问时间

但习惯上

when意思为 “什么时候”，用来提问哪个时间段；

what time意思为“几点”，提问的是一个具体的时刻。

如：

--                       do you get up?

-- Six o’clock.

--                       do you have class?

-- From 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

 （答案：What time, When）

我们学过的wh开头的特殊疑问词还有：

what什么    why为什么

who谁       which哪一个

where哪里   whose 谁的

【知识考点五】

usually:  通常，是频率副词

I                 go back home at 5:00 after school.  (通常)

（答案：usually）

其他频率副词有：

always(总是)，often(经常)，

sometimes(有时),

seldom(很少)，never(从不)

注意，如果句中出现这些频率副词表示一般现在时，主语又是第三人称单数，在没有助动词的情况下，动词要变三单形式。

Sometimes he                (play) football on the playground.

【知识考点六】

well: 好

Well, let’s go to school now.   好了，我们去上学吧。

well: 意为“好了，好吧，嗯”，经常单独出现，在口语中表达顺承或转折，有时候也可以不翻译出来。

-- What time do you have lunch? 你几点吃午饭？

--             ，I usually have lunch at 11:30.

day: 天；日，复数: days.

There are seven             in a week.

【知识考点八】

at: 在（at+时间点）

1）表示时间，后接具体时间点；

2）表示地点，后接小地点
