Be sure the battery is fully charged.
If your ISBT32 is powered on, press the power button to power down the ISBT32. You will see 3 RED blinks to confirm.
After powering down the ISBT32, press and hold the power button. You will see the LED start to flash BLUE slowly, continue to hold down the power button. You will see the LED flash BLUE rapidly, now release the power button. Your ISBT32 is now discoverable. Search from your phone and select the ISBT32 to pair. .
