Alvin Grassi, a renowned Italian architect and interior designer, freely switches between different identities in multiple fields of fashion, art and design. Italian artist Marie Claire Maison called him a 'visionary visionary'. He presided over the design of the penthouse model apartment of Shenzhen Bay 1 Phase 2.

Italian luxury furniture brand Colombo Mobili has teamed up with Alvin Grassi to create a Paris showroom for 'NoMad', a collection of luxury homes with a nomadic culture and state of mind. NoMad emphasizes 'the perfect fusion of past and present, resulting in the birth of a timeless space that leaves unforgettable memories. The presentation of the 'NoMad' collection reflects Colombo Mobili's desire and pursuit of beauty and their vision for the future of the brand.

Coast Hotel & Spa坐落在意大利的Adriatic海岸，建成之后，并成为了海滩上亮丽的风景线。水疗中心、游泳池、美食餐厅和露台酒吧共同构成了Coast酒店完整的配套设施。酒店室内的家具、温润的大理石以及自然木材，以现代的基调重新诠释了中世纪的空间氛围，Alvin Grassi尝试在项目之中，融入意大利的传统文化特色并使其别具一格。

Coast Hotel & Spa is located on the Coast of Adriatic, Italy. A spa, swimming pool, gourmet restaurant and terrace bar complete the Coast hotel's amenities. The furniture, warm marble and natural wood of the hotel reinterpret the atmosphere of the medieval space in a modern way, and Alvin Grassi tried to make it unique by incorporating traditional Italian culture into the project.
