②从属连词（引导时间、条件、让步、原因、目的、结果→状语从句）
时间状语: when , while, before, until, after, since(自从),
once（一旦..就）as soon as一...就...
条件状语: if, unless, as long as（只要...就）
让步状语: although, though（不与but连用）
原因状语: because, since(既然，因为)，as, for
目的状语: so that, in order that结果状语: so...that, such...that(如此...以至于...)

1. 时间状语从句通常不用一般将来时，可采取“主将从现、主祈从现、主情从现”。

2.when,while,“当...的时候”，可遵循：when过主行，while行主过，when过主过，while行主行。但并不是只能遵循此规律。

3.条件状语从句 if, as long as , unless也可以遵循主将从现。

4.从属连词because不能与并列连词so连用。
5.注意as long as 与as soon as的区别。
6.because与since与as的区别：①because:常用回答why的问句，不能与so连用。表示直接的原因或理由，重点在从句。
I bought the house because it is cheap.
②since “既然，因为”，强调已知的事实，不需要强调原因，通常放句首，重点在主句。
Since he can't answer the question, we'd better ask someone else.
③as与since类似，不需要用because强调原因，主从句具有同等重要性。
