有效电话沟通技巧

1、迅速接听

一定要在第二个或第三个电话铃声时将电话接起,不管你有多么忙,千万不要给对方留下你们公司不在乎的印象。

2、认真清楚的记录

随时牢记5WH,即①When何时;②Who何人:③ Where何地:④What何事:⑤Why为什么;⑥How如何进行。在工作中记录这6点是十分重要的。

3、时间
