“知行合一”精解

理解知行合一有四重境界：

第一重知：知道；行：做。

知道了才能做，不知道就不晓得怎样做。

第二重知：知道；行：去做。

知道了，才会去做，不知道就不会去做。

第三重知行互辅

即如“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”之意，知道了再去做，做了会更知道下次该如何去做。

第四重知行是同一个意思，而不是两个阶段

没有先知后行，也没有先行而后知。任何事情都没有分成知和行两个环节，不（去）做，任何知道（包括学习）都是不知。道理讲的天花乱坠，就是没有成果出来，还是不知，正如很多专家教你如何炒股赚钱，其实还是不知，因为他们没有做出来，也即如王阳明的学人中少有人能修的大果，即便传习录背诵的再熟，也是不知。

做了，即知了；知了也是做了。如果因为做了有新思考，导致下次做更有效，那又是一次新的知行体验。

注：之所以很多书上把知行单独分开论述，是因为得大成者通晓普通人的心理，分成两个阶梯更容易让人接受并见效，一步登天的天分不是常人都能有的。

There are four steps to know ‘knowledge and action are one’:

First, knowledge meaning know; action meaning do

You could do one thing after you know how to do it.

Second, knowledge meaning know; action meaning to do

You do one thing as you know how to do it, if you don’t know, you will not to do that.

Third, knowledge and action is helpful for each other

You do as you know how to do, and you will know how to do next as you did last time.

Fourth, knowledge and action are one, not two parts of one thing

Know and act should be one thing in one action when you do something, if you not to do, you must not know, as most professors teach you how to earn money by investing in stocks, you should not believe them, if they could succeed as they said there will be not any one to teach you as a honest teacher. Also as students of Yangming, no one reached his level after Yangming.

Only to do, you will know the real truth, and you will know how to do better next time, another knowledge and action are one feeling.

Ps: there is so many sage also said knowledge and action separately, as they know ordinary people could accept it easily, the guys could know the sages meaning directly is so few.
