Arthur Hacker / Arthur Hacker, 1858-1919, London) - 英国艺术家。
1858年生于伦敦。雕刻师 Edward Hacker 的儿子。

In 1876 he entered the School of Arts at the Royal Academy, after which he went to Paris, where in 1880-1881 he studied at the School of Fine Arts in the workshop of Leon Bonnat, a famous portrait painter and great friend of Degas (Degas).

 In Paris, one of his fellow students was Stanhope Forbes, later head of the Newlyn School. In 1886, both artists took part in the creation of the New English Art Club in London (New English Art Club).
In 1881, together with Solomon J. Solomon, Hacker visited Spain and Gibraltar, visited Morocco.

From 1878 he regularly participated in exhibitions at the Royal Academy. In 1894, the artist became a member, and in 1910 - an academician.
His wife, Lillian Hacker, was also an artist and exhibited at the Academy from 1909 to 1924.
