自己立下目标——今晚完全失眠一夜,也就是努力保持完全清醒躺一夜,绝不昏迷一秒。

Set a goal that to be be completely insomnia tonight, do efforts to keep awake lying for a whole night, never get into coma for even one second

 

第二天看看自己精神状态如何?

To see how is the mental condition in the next day ?

状态好,证明失眠无害;状态不好,说明失眠有害。

If good, means insomnia is harmless; If not good, means insomnia is harmful

 

如果你做了这个实验,你会发生这样的情况。

If you do this experiment, things will be like this

因为你晚上的目标是失眠一夜,醒着一夜,所以晚上你躺床上醒着时,你的目标已经实现了。因为目标已经实现,所以你没有恐惧。

Because your goal is to be insomnia ,awake for a whole night. Your goal is reached when awake lying on bed. You get your goal,so there is no fear.

其实,不可先告诉你实验结果。In fact, the experiment results should not be told to you before executing.

因为告诉你实验结果,你就会假装立个目标——今晚我要清醒一夜。

Once result told, you will intentionally and conversely set a goal that I wanna be awake for a whole night

实际上,你会悄悄期待自己会睡着。Actually, you will expect to fall asleep quietely

你期待睡着的行为就是恐惧。Your expect to fall asleep is a kind of fear.

这样的话,你是恐惧醒着的,你会很难睡着,甚至在恐惧中清醒一夜。

In this case, you will be awaken with fear, hard to fall asleep, even keep awaken in fear over night

你这样醒一夜和失眠是一样的,你第二天会很疲惫。

You will be very exhausted by this ,feel tired in the next day, same as by insomnia

 

假如我不告诉你实验结果,你就不敢实验;你不敢实验,你就无法自己证明失眠无害。

你自己不证明失眠无害,失眠就不能根本解决。

晚上睡前,自己立下目标:我决心220:0——0600保持绝对清醒,我的唯一目标是清醒。

Set a goal before sleeping, I determine to keep awake absolutely during 220:0——0600, this is my own ONLY goal!

2200——00:00,你随意坐着,保持清醒,心中想想什么,你就想什么。

2200——00:00 , you sit there freely, keep awake, think of whatever you want

0000——06:00,你随意躺着,保持清醒,眼睛微闭,心中想想什么,你就想什么。

0000——06:00, you lie freely, keep awake, eyes closed slightly, think of whatever you want

假如中途,稍有困倦,想睡,立即提醒自己清醒,绝不许自己昏

When a little sleepy in the middle, immediately remind yourself to be awake, never get into coma

眼睛轻松处于半闭状态,不许全睁,不许全闭。你努力保持清醒

Eyes relaxed in semi-closed condition, not completely open either closed. Do best to keep awake!

坚决永远如此!坚决!坚决!分分秒秒清醒绝不睡,绝不昏迷一秒
