Breast Mass Due to Cancer

On ultrasound, a breast cancer tumor is often seen as hypoechoic, has irregular borders, and may appear spiculated. Other ultrasound findings that suggest breast cancer include:

在超声检查中，乳腺癌肿瘤通常表现为低回声，边界不规则，并可能出现毛刺状。其他提示乳腺癌的超声检查特征包括:

1. Non-parallel orientation (not parallel to the skin) 
   非平行方向(与皮肤不平行)

   A mass that is taller than it is wide

  2. Acoustic shadowing (a finding that         indicates a solid mass)

  3. Microlobulation (collections of small lobes on the surface of a solid mass)

  4. Duct extension 导管扩张

  5. Angular margins (an irregular or jagged appearance)
