就在最近，管坤良一下子纠正了5篇文章，主要是由于一图多用，让人大跌眼镜，嘘唏不已，这在学术界非常的罕见，为什么要纠正这么多文章，其原因主要是一图多用。

另外，管坤良撤掉了一篇Journal of Cell Science文章，也是因为一图多用。

Figs. 1E and 3C did not indicate the borders between different sections of the same immunoblot. This error has now been corrected and does not affect the results or conclusions of this work.

It should be noted that the phase contrast image of the vector control panel (VEC) in Fig. 6A and the vector (Vec) and wildtype (WT) control panels in supporting Fig. S2 are the same images as the vector control panel (vector) in Fig. 6A and the vector (Vec) and wildtype (WT) panels in Fig. 6C from Liu, C.-Y., et al. (2010) J. Biol. Chem. 285, 37159–37169, respectively. These data were generated in the same set of experiments. These clarifications have no effect on the conclusions of this work.

Some panels were duplicated in Fig. 5A. Unfortunately, the original images used to prepare Fig. 5A could not be found. The experiments were repeated and consistent results were obtained, supporting the original conclusion of the study. This error has now been corrected and does not affect the results or conclusions of this work.

It should be noted that the control panels e and f in Fig. 5D are identical to Fig. 4b in Li, Y., et al. (2002) J. Biol. Chem. 277, 44593–44596 because they were generated in the same set of experiments. This clarification has no effect on the conclusions of this work.

It has recently come to the authors’ attention that two panels in Figure 5A were duplicated. The original digital images for this figure could not be located; however, we believe that this duplication was caused by an inadvertent error during figure preparation. To correct this mistake, the lower duplicated panels in Figure 5A have been removed, as shown below. This modification has no effect on the conclusion of the paper, as data in Figure 5B similarly demonstrate that the LKB1 mutant cells were more sensitive to glucose starvation. The authors apologize for this error.

The journal has retracted J. Cell Sci. (2006) 119, 47-55 in agreement with the authors.

Journal of Cell Science was made aware of possible band duplications in blots in Fig. 1A, Fig. 2D, Fig. 3A,B, Fig. 4A,B and Fig. 6B,E of this paper. The journal requested more information to investigate these claims but the original data are no longer available.

The authors state: “Because the original data for this study could not be found, we do not have a definitive way to verify the authenticity of some data in the paper. Although the conclusions of the paper may be correct, we feel that the proper action is to retract this paper. We have contacted all authors except Jennifer Aurandt who could not be reached and all contacted authors agreed with this action.”

The authors apologise to readers for any inconvenience caused.
