反应的基础

For most people, most of their reactions arejust helpless reactions. Many times you tell yourself, “Next time I should notreact like this.” But the next time, the reaction gets more violent.

萨古鲁:对于大多数人,他们的大部分反应都只是无助的反应。很多时候,你对自己说,下次我再也不会这样做。但下次,你的反应会更加强烈。

Especially when you go about tellingyourself, “I don’t want to react, I don’t want to react,” you become a totalreaction.

特别是你对自己不停地说,我不想这样做,我不想这样做。你就会完全地这样反应。

First of all, why are you reacting? What isthe basis of reaction? This reaction is coming in you fundamentally, becauseyou are still a “collection of people.” Please see that you are not anindividual, you are a “collection of people” operating in your mind.

首先,你为什么要反应?什么是反应的基础?这个反应很自然地发生,因为你是一个收集型的人,请看到你并不是一个个体,你是一个在头脑运作的收集型的人。

Please look sincerely at everything that youknow as myself. Your beliefs, your opinions, your likes, your dislikes,everything has been gathered from outside. Even your idea of what is beautifuland what is good has been received from outside.

请真诚地看到你自己所知道的一切。你的信念,你的观点,你的爱好,你的讨厌,一切都是从外面收集而来。甚至关于什么是美,什么是好的想法都是从外面吸收的。

When you are not an individual, you arenaturally a reaction because everything that you have within you is somethingthat you have received from outside.

当你不是一个个体的时候,你自然就会成为一个触发体,因为你拥有的一切都是从外面吸收回来的。

So the first thing to do is to removeyourself with everything that you are not – to see that you are not this orthat.

所以第一件事是要移走并不属于你的东西,从而看到你不是这个,或那个。

One day, just sit by yourself and stripyourself of everything you are identified with piece by piece- your education,ideology, home, family and body. Something so tremendous will happen if you doit successfully, that then, you are no longer a reaction.

有一天,你就简单地坐着,把你认同的东西一件件地拿出来,你的教育,意识,家庭,家人和身体。一些东西会美好地发生,如果你能成功地完成它。只有这样,你不再是一个触发体。

This process may not be possible foreverybody. They need to be supported physically, emotionally and energy wisealso. So there is a whole integrated practice, something to do with your mind,body, emotion and energy. 

这个过程不可能发生在所有人的身上。他们需要得到身体/情感/能量/智慧的支持。所以这里会有综合的练习,让它们作用于你的头脑/身体/情感和能量。

This combination works much better, but ifyou have a razor sharp mind, you can just sit down and say this is not me, takeit away.

这个练习会很有效,如果你有一个锐利的头脑,你就可以坐下来,告诉自己这不是我,把它拿开。

This is one of the most ancient spiritualprocesses, and there are many step-by-step methods to get there. In India wecall this “nethi, nethi, nethi” – “this is not it, this is not it, this is notit.” Piece by piece, you take yourself apart.

这是一个很古老的灵性修行,也会有很多循序渐进的方法到达这里。在印度,我们叫“nethi, nethi, nethi”  (这不是它,这不是它,这不是它),一遍又一遍,你从中分离出来。

If you have a sharp, discriminative mind,you can do it that way, but it is better to use all the dimensions which areyou.

如果你有一个锐利的,有辨别力的大脑,你就能做到这样子。但你最好利用你所有的面向去达成。
