A letter of complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the refrigerator I bought from your store last week. There is something wrong with it and there is nothing I can do about it.
It operated well for the first few days until the freezer compartment stopped freezing somehow. Shortly after this happened I smell burning and switched off the fridge. It appears the compressor has now burnt out and the fridge is useless. It certainly did give me a surprise!
As the refrigerator is under warrantee, I am requesting an urgent replacement and would appreciate you arranging this as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.
