尹才干，1962年生，汉族，四川武胜县高石乡龙宫村人。当代作家、诗人、**家，笔名绿风、云帆、丁那家、长风、太极剑等，四川教育学院（现成都师范学院）中文系毕业，曾到西南大学、四川大学进修，副高级职称。

1973年开始文学创作，《唱儿歌》为处女作。 1978年开始图像诗歌创作并发表汉语图像诗理论《关于图像诗》，作品为《小橘灯（一）》《小橘灯（二）》。1979年提出中国十六行诗理论及《尹才干诗歌创作标准》，率先倡导探索诗歌语言的“陌生化”。1985年开创“文章趣味学”（简称“文趣学”）。1998年提倡“隽永、和谐、清新、流畅”的诗风，探索中国新体诗的传统继承转化与形式过度散漫的适度约束与规范。2006年提出《立根派诗歌创作公约》《关于现代诗歌的评价标准》《现代诗歌的评分细则》《中国现代诗形式断想》《关于汉语图像诗教学的建议》等。2007年致力于“当代图像诗”的探索与推动及散文辞赋的创作。“开拓了现代汉语诗歌的疆域，丰富了现代汉语诗歌的形式”（徐启航、龚奎林《诗形的创新与诗意的自洽——尹才干图像诗论》，四川省文学艺术界联合会《现代艺术》2020年第4期）。
