JAVA工程师
薪资待遇：18-30k
岗位职责：
1、Design and implement business system based on requirements；
2、Review software design and implementation done by co-workers；
3、Perform code review and advise for optimization and code quality improvement；
4、Effectively communicate and articulate the design and technology to the management and engineering teams, so that all can clearly understand and follow.
任职要求：
1、5+years of experience in developing web application；
2、Good at writing design spec and other documents in English；
3、Knowledge of web application back-end technology and frameworks；
4、Knowledge of relational DBMS and SQL；
5、Knowledge of AWS and Docker technology；
6、Deep understanding of Web protocols, formats, Web architectures.
C++工程师
薪资待遇：20-30k
职位描述：
1、Build robust, high performance, well structured cross platform foundation library, which will be utilized on iOS, android and desktop platforms；
2、Development, optimization and version upgrade of video and audio engine based on WebRTC；
3、Participate in cross-platform sdk architecture design, development, refactoring, and optimization based on product design；
4、Track the latest video and audio technology, difficult technical research and preliminary research.
职位要求：
1、3+ years C++ development experience；
2、Have more than 1 year of development experience based on WebRTC mobile terminal;
3、Familiar with WebRTC architecture;
4、Familiar with video and audio codecs. Familiar with H264, H265, acc, opus protocols and coding, familiar with RTP / RTCP, rtmp, rtsp, sip and other protocols;
加分项：
1、Experience in QT/Mac OS/PC development；
2、Experience in developing automation tools；
3、Familiar with ffmpeg；
4、Familiar with image processing；
5、Familiar with android / iOS Native audio and video related development.
安卓工程师
薪资待遇：15-25k
岗位描述：
1、Create the detailed design of mobile applications, components and key implementation technology；
2、Implement key code and components；
3、Review the software design and implementation done by the team；
4、Resolve tough technical issues；
5、Review code and advise for optimization and code quality improvement；
6、Effectively communicate and articulate the design and technology to the management and engineering teams, so that all can clearly understand and follow；
技能要求：
1、BS+ degree in CS, software engineering or relevant majors；
2、3+ years of experiences in developing Java application including 2+ years working on Android development；
3、A key contributor to some important software；
4、Experienced in Java and Android development and very rich hands-on experience, and able to demonstrate elegant design and coding ；
5、Good understanding of Java design patterns, Android OS and source code, framework and SDK, etc；
6、Familiar with popular development tools like eclipse, Apache Ant, SDK tools, etc. and source code management system like SVN；
7、Skillful in using UML for software design；
8、Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Ability to hold effective conversations with developers/architects, etc；
9、Great passion to the software development and technology；
10、Quality oriented mind-set.
前端Web工程师
薪资待遇：15-25k
职位描述：
1、Understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation；
2、Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use；
3、Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated designing, and quality productivity；
4、Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers；
职位要求：
1、4 years experiences and thorough understanding one of React, VUE, or Angular
2、Highly skilled in front-end development technology such as JavaScript, JavaScript libraries jQuery, Angular, HTML and CSS
3、Understand how to code for the major browsers such as Google Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari and browser development tools and how to use them in JavaScript code
4、Excellent communication skills in English
5、Understand the product development process
6、Take ownership of tasks and self-driven to achieve target with minimum supervision
