音樂會網上版顯無起色，導演居然還要求與英皇口琴五重奏對話！著名的英皇口琴五重奏由英皇書院一班舊生創立，他們當年致力提升大眾對口琴的形象，讓觀眾了解到口琴亦是能登大雅之堂的樂器。1997年五子更遠赴德國，首次代表香港在世界口琴節獲得重奏組的冠軍，是香港口琴發展的重要一步。多位知名作曲家更邀請他們為口琴創作樂曲，開創先河。雖然五子現在身在不同城市，但仍然醉心香港口琴文化的推廣。As the online concert is going nowhere, the director continues to exasperate everyone by requesting a chat with the King’s Harmonica Quintet! The renowned King’s Harmonica Quintet was formed by five harmonicists graduated at King’s College, Hong Kong. They were devoted to elevate the image of harmonica and had successfully demonstrated how presentable harmonica could be through their amazing performances. In 1997, the quintet made history for Hong Kong by winning the world championship in the Group category at the World Harmonica Festival in Germany. The achievement became a milestone in the development of harmonica in Hong Kong. King’s Harmonica Quintet continues to pioneer new paths by collaborating with many famous composers, creating an extensive repertoire of compositions for the compact yet versatile instrument.
