                                      My parents life style

My parents are all have good life stylehabits.

  My mother gets up at 6:30.She usually takes ashower at 7:00.She eats breakfast at7:10.For lunch, she usually eats fruits andvegetables. She goes to bed at 10:00.My father gets up at 5:00.  He usually takes a walk after dinner.

  On weekends we usually go to swim, It is agood exercise for us.
