“读懂”英语，“能用”英语：Confirmed death toll

“学”形英语(If any at all)不是把自己当作“英译汉”翻译机器，“懂”汉语就是“懂”英语，不是一种只知汉语意思“结果”却没有使用英语“过程”的学习(If any at all)。

“读”英语时“用”(已知的学过的)英语，“用”英语“学”英语“读”英语：贯穿你一生的英语学习凝练起来就是这么简单一句话。把它做好做实，一生时间精力没白耗，否则，把自己当做一个“用汉语学了几句地道使用英语口语马上可以到国外用的假象人”来“学”英语(if any at all)，“教”你的别人不坑你，你自己都会自己坑自己(时间和精力)。

一、“读”英语就是在“用”(学过的已知的)英语，英语在滚动式学与用之中“前进进步”：

为什么不把已知的学过的高中英语the total number of people who die“用起来”，而偏偏只能用它的汉语意思“才能懂”？英语“学而不用”，“只学不用”害死人。

3.A 7.2-magnitude earthquake“难的”不是“不懂”它的汉语意思，难的是你不能用它的英语(音形义尤其“形”都做不到)：

既没有人能完整地写下Richter这个单词，也没有人在见到a 7.2-magnitude earthquake时“能用上”或者“说出”Richter这个词，“只会”说它的汉语意思(你的汉语口语还需要练习吗？为什么老是说？)，这才是学英语一辈子没有长进最要命的地方。
