“读懂”英语“会用”英语：flourishing again

在我们在非英语语言环境下辛辛苦苦“学”英语(if any at all)又有机会在英语语言环境下“使用”它们之前，我们所要做的并做到的，就是多用英语“记”英语，用英语“积累”英语，或者说我们需要记和积累的是英语(意思)，而不是“记”和“积累”“它的汉语意思是什么？”

这个“大是大非”问题面前不先弄清楚，我们后续的“学习”(if any at all)很可能就是“原地踏步”尔尔，不论你付出的时间精力有多少年，跟你的“进步”不会成正比。

1) 我“读懂”了：

1.Okay.I got you.Ansteel is China's first iron and steel enterprise.

这才是我们“读到”Ansteel时需要记住和积累的“英语”，我们如果“读成”汉语“鞍钢”，算什么回事呢？

2.Okay.I got you.Today it is flourishing again.That means It is revived(后文不是有英语“答案”吗？为什么只有“懂”它的汉语“繁荣”才算“又学会了一句英语”呢？)

Okay.Got it.If you flourish something,you revive it.If you revive it,you make it flourish.

这才是我们“多年的英语学习”(If any at all)需要解决和获得的英语“语言能力”，而不是“我懂它的汉语意思了”。

3.Okay.I got you.If you're the backbone of someone or something,you're the most important part of them.You're essential to them.You're crucial to them.You're indispensable to them.

你记得“再牢”的backbone的“汉语意思”，却说不出也积累不了它的这些英语，“学”英语的意义何在？你这么以为有机会到英语语言环境中“用”它吗？

最后，在“互联网+”时代“学”英语(if any at all)，没有借助英语学习同时获得查阅网上随手可得的英英字典的习惯和能力，没有对网上众多免费的英英字典做到“如数家珍”般的对各个字典的优劣长短娓娓道来的能力，“学”英语没有意义：三天不学，打回原形。
