脾肺,哪一个?答案是:肾。  中医说肾和冬季密切相关。肾主纳气,肾对上逆的咳嗽也是非常有重要关系的,通过补肾收敛纳气解决咳喘的问题。   中医说春夏养阳秋冬养阴。               冬天容易消耗阴津。为了阴阳的平衡,要注重冬天养阴。                 人体的哪些方面与肾有关?   肾的功能涵盖很多方面。               肾为先天之本,是主生殖的。其华在发。肾主骨生髓,大脑为髓海,记忆力和大脑相关的。肾不足髓海空虚记忆力就减退了。肾开窍于耳,老年人耳背也是肾气功能下降的表现。老年人驼背腰腿不好 动作缓慢,这就是肾的另一个功能”肾主骨“。             平时怎么吃枸杞?                枸杞主要是补肝肾,明目。                通过咀嚼就有一个消化酶帮助我们消化枸杞。              临床通常用量6-12克,或者有人到15克。个人吃大约6克左右。大约是10-20粒,这和枸杞干燥程度大小有关。也有人吃了上火,虽然枸杞养阴,但是如果吸收不好也会出现上火便秘的症状。                    以下哪种食物补肾效果最好?   猕猴桃 杏仁桑葚,哪一个?答案是:桑葚。                 老年人腿脚不灵活吃桑葚是更好的。——桑葚怎么吃?   可以泡水,煮粥。煮粥时去掉蒂。也可以泡酒。   临床用干桑葚10克,多的时候用30克。个人用10粒左右。                     何首乌能补肾吗?    可以。头发干枯 发黄 没有光泽也是肾精不足的表现。    制首乌补肾养血的功能更好一些。生首乌是润肠通便的。补肾 乌发用制首乌。                临床不超过10克。                 立冬节气养生操——挽肘侧推式   两手位于胸前,由小指一侧前推,头向反方向转动。            这个动作要旋腰,腰为肾之府,通过旋腰改善肾的功能。   旋腰转头是对脊柱最大幅度的拧转。督脉是贯脊而属肾也是加强肾脏的功能。   左手画弧,右臂前起外旋,屈肘立掌。身体向左旋转 小指一侧用力 排山推掌一般的力量,头向右转。体会整个脊柱拧转,掌根向前用力,手伸直。右手向右画弧,头转正 两臂沉肩坠肘 还原下落。                手向前推的时候是调节手内侧的三阴经。               黑芝麻是平补肝肾的药,不容易上火。还有明耳目,利须发 利大小肠。                               黑芝麻搭配什么能滋阴补肾?   人参 桂圆阿胶,哪一个?答案是:阿胶。阿胶是一个非常好的养血 补血的药物。中医认为血是属于阴的。这两者的搭配补肾滋阴的作用是最强。              ——阿胶怎么吃才能不上火?   吃的时候如果上火可以加梨百合,就可以平衡阴阳的作用。如果消化不好,可以搭配山楂。                哪种肾虚的症状更适合服用六味地黄丸?   头晕耳鸣 谷薯类食物为主,注意粗细粮搭配能获得更全面的营养。山药、红薯、芋头等属于薯类食物,比大米、白面含有更丰富的膳食纤维和微量营养素,用其替代部分主食是个不错的选择。中医认为,山药,味甘性平,归脾、肺、肾经,具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精的作用,适合在冬季食用。  3. 多吃新鲜果蔬  秋天有很多的新鲜水果,如梨、葡萄、石榴等。中医认为,梨具有润肺生津、止咳化痰的功效;葡萄益气生精,能够补益肝肾。从营养学的角度,果蔬富含多种维生素和矿物质,以及具有抗氧化作用的植物化学物质,这些营养成分有益于延缓衰老,预防癌症,维护身体健康。但是,水果中含有一些糖,对于血糖高的人不宜多吃。脾胃寒凉的人,不适宜吃太多偏凉性的水果,以免引起胃肠道不适。  4. 适量进食肉、蛋类食物  很多人在秋季讲究进补,但是吃太多的肉会给消化和代谢器官增加负担。适量进食肉、蛋类食物,少吃肥肉,选择一些易于消化吸收且脂肪含量较少的禽肉是明智的选择。  5. 饮食要清淡和规律  大鱼大肉的进补,不利于秋季养生。秋季应坚持清淡和规律的饮食。  6. 进补适度,控制体重  “贴秋膘”更适合“苦夏”的人。对于那些夏天呆在空调房里,并没有食欲不振、体重下降的人来说,秋天再贴秋膘的话,体重很容易就会超标。合适的体重对于保持身体健康来说意义重大,因此秋季进补要适度。  7. 及时补充水分  人的身体中最多的就是水。秋天比较干燥,要注意及时给身体补水。口渴是个滞后的缺水信号,不要等感觉到口渴了才喝水。  8. 食宜温,少寒凉
