问题

在用Eclipse创建maven项目时，出现Could not calculate build plan: Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:pom:2.6.1 from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:pom:2.6.1 from/to central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2): Access denied to http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-surefire-plugin/2.6.1/maven-surefire-plugin-2.6.1.pom. 右下角出现进度条就表示能更新下载了

解决

清理重构

1.打开Eclipse→Window→Preferences，然后在Preferences窗口中找到Maven→UserSettings找到.m2文件的安装目录，

然后将.m2/repository/org/apache/maven/plugins目录下的文件夹全部删除，

选中maven项目，右键 → maven → update 让maven重新下载依赖包

下方加载完了就OK了

如果到这还不行，那就是setting.xml文件中可能有错误。
