What defines u definitely is not the past.

1 year ago, when speaking agency calls me and ask me to go for interview, I was very excited, but since my visa is for traveling, so I declined the interview, but we agreed to go for another interview when I got my spouse visa.

 

And recently, I thought of finding new jobs again, but I forgot my previous account in Speaking Agency. Or maybe I can say, their website is forcing u to register new account again and again, maybe they should change their Web Developer.

Then after I created all necessary documents, they called me. But I missed their phone call, so I called them first. 

I don’t know how to describe this process, something like,yes, they want to provide “professional” staff for family, but how can they know that if we faked our past or not? Do they have lie detector?

 

For example, they asked questions mostly include, do u have experience? How old children or how many u taught before? How to take care of 3- year – old baby? Do u know emergy aid?

 

Yes, I didn’t know emergy aid about children at past, but can I learn it in the coming future or right now?

 

And today they called me again, but signal is not so good, and I feel very anxious to talk about my past experience, I only remembered my major working experience of translating (bcz someone told me don’t show too much experience on CV, or people will think that u are not concentrated or u are absent-minded). But u know,  life is changable, sometimes u have to change ur job objectives according to the new environment.

 

I worked in English Teaching Company for children before, but I just couldn’t remember it when someone just call me suddenly and asked about my past experience. 

 

Although I didn’t know why, in that time, I was kind of afraid of teaching too many 3 to 5 years old children. But Iater, I decided to do teaching at junior high school. I did overcome my afraid of teaching too many students, maybe still not so perfect, but how can u know u are capable or not if u don’t make more moves after few times’ failures.

 

Sometimes u are not good something, just bcz u practice too less times or u are just blocking urself from being good at it.

Actually even if I have too much experience, they belong to the past and in China.

French children and Chinese children are born in totally different culture.

In our culture, in the past, children have to follow the instruction, but recently, situation changes. Since more and more people choose to only deliver one-kid, kid means everything, even they did something wrong, so as for older children, the new rules for chinese teacher to teach tennagers is protecting themselves first, then do teaching. As for little children, the new rules is don’t make them cry, chinese parents and grandparents would be really mad if u make their only-kid cry.

 

Maybe I was good at teaching Chinese kids,  but it doesent mean, my experience is suitable for French kids.

 

All in all, everyone needs to experience new experiences to accumulate new experience to shape the future-self.

 

Maybe u had bad experience on something, but don’t afraid, don’t take rope as snake. Once you decide to overcome all ur shortcomings in the past, u already cast away the first layer of shadow in ur past life.

 

For the end of my nonsense artilce, or diary, I want to tell everyone that “What defines u definitely is what u want to be, what u expect to be. Even u were not good at in the past, who cares? Future is waiting for u to change ur experience!”
