I like to live in Indonesia because I like the sunshine and beach in Bali of that country. I love sunny days because I always feel drowsy in rainy days. I’ve been to Bali several years ago, and the sunshine there really caught my eye and made me feel excited .
Besides ,it’s a dream place to swim and bask considering the beautiful beach, bright sunshine, clear water ,and the warm weather.
Finally, It well accepted that both swimming and basking are good for our mental and physical health, because while exercising in the sea and enjoying the sunshine on the beach, we are relaxing our mind at the same time. In fact, I’ve already planed to live there after I retired from my work.
My hometown is Yixing ,a small-sized town in the southeast part of Jiangsu province. It is comfortable living there Most important of all, the air is clean there for the city is not densely-populated and does not have many heavy industries,
In addition, the transportation is very convenient. It’s just 2 hours drive from shanghai,1.5hour drive from Nanjing.
Besides, the people are well educated and are always kind to other people.
My hometown is getting bigger and bigger and it has become a lot more modern than it used to be. There are a lot of new buildings and he roads are much wider than they used to be.

My city boasts the largest and the most famous garden in my province. It’s the JiuBin park which featuring the best of China’s modern gardens, is located in the western suburbs of Yixing. This Park, being built at a cost of $398 million and opened in May 1991, covers 8 hectares in Central and is an outstanding example of modern design and facilities blending with the natural landscape.

I would recommend the Chinese restaurant. It is a place with a charming settings .When you go in, you’ll notice the classical Chinese styles of tables, chairs and other furniture. Dinning in this atmosphere is truly a pleasant experience. My university is one of the seven universities in China directly controlled by the committee of science and technology for national defense. So our campus has the tradition of the military life. All our roads , dormitories, buildings, gates are named by number, for example, our dormitory 3 is one the road 4 and near the gate 4. It is unique and interesting, and thus makes it easy for you to position one specific spot.
Another thing that is rare in other universities is that all the roads in my school are designed either form north to south or from east to west. Which means you can never find a short-cut in my campus.
I remember this more than other places because it was the place where I was most affected, since I really started to grow up there. It was like a second home, and I went through so many different emotions there. it contained some of my best and worst memories.

She has written 13 books on various writers including Lao she, Lu Xun and others. She has appeared on TV programs and even was the guest of a TV show in England while she was visiting there. Her English is spectacular, and she could even probably teach just that if he wanted to. However she never shows off his knowledge, even though she can. In addition, She is sincere and patient with her students. She is also very demanding and clear when she speaks, and her concern is not so much with your grades but your effort.
The effect she had on the students is very powerful. Essentially She opened up the minds of her students to the world of knowledge.
My friend anne is a person who has a passion for the nature. She is willing to do anything to get close to nature. Sometimes, she will even stay out in the woods for a few days camping. Some people think she’s crazy but she will still do that. She believes in preserving the natural state of things, and will even carry back litter that she finds on the ground that others have dropped or thrown carelessly.
Anne is also a vegetarian and will have nothing to do with meat. She doesn’t condemn others for eating meat, but she does hope that one day the world will be full of vegetarians like her.
Her dream is that one day the environment can be restored to a state where all humans and animals can live in comfort and happiness.
I think the main reason we are such good friends is because we have a lot in common and support each other whenever we need help . Besides, we don’t feel we ever have to pretend around each other.
My university graduation is the most memorable event in my life because it was such a special day full of both sorrow and happiness. We gathered together with our beloved classmates and teachers .We cried and said goodbye to our friends with whom we studied and lived together for 4 years, because we all would go to different parts of the country and even of the world to work or pursue one’s future study. We also gave our sincere well-wishing to our dear friends, because on this day we would end one part of our lives and embark on the beginning of our promising future.
I can remember an occasion when I won first prize in a singing contest. The competition was held outside the school, and we had a stage set up for each of us to sing. I really don’t think I am that good of a singer and I can remember my feeing on the stage as nervous as I was going to die. Finally my teacher taught me to pretend this was my profession. I followed her advice and thought of myself as a famous person. At last, after the song was finished I remember people were giving me quite a good applause When my name was announced as the winner I felt like flying again. I consider it my best day because it was the first time I had ever won something and from that day on I really believed I could be the top at anything if I tried hard, and even my grades started to improve after that competition.
Spending one of summer vacation in Bali for rest and relaxation is a very happy event in my life, The sunshine, the beach and the sea are very attracting, but they are not the major factor I am delighted with. I am extremely happy due to the accompany by my parents. My father is very busy with his company, he seldom has time to stay with me and my mother for such a long time. One day I was waling my dog in the adjoining park, I usually take a plastic bag with me to collect my pet’s dejecta. However, I forgot to brings the bags with me. Unfortunately, I was caught by a team of students who was doing one program regarding the wastes our pets bring to our environment. I tried to explain but they wouldn’t listen. Although I know that I have to study a variety of subjects to become a well-rounded person, math and English are two courses on which I put special focus. The reason for my attitude comes from my career plans, I want to become a biotechnology engineer, Mathematics,of course, is basic to learn the physics , chemicals and computer operations. English is also very important because the America has a big lop ahead in biotechnology. So if I what to keep ahead with the everyday news in this field , I have to reed a lot of materials in English and go to America for my future research. My worst subject in school was mathematics. I didn’t understand it as well as other subjects. Furthermore, it was hard for me to see the relevance of math in my life. I just never saw the point of studying so many formulas and equations that seemed do abstract. I think I could have been good in math if my teacher were to have taken more time to explain it ot me . Maybe I needed a different approach to math. In as much as I was weaker in math, I was stronger in art, literature and even biology so ether was balance in my subjects and in my marks.
My favorite toy in my childhood and at present is a stuffed bear, because it means a lot to me. Firstly, It’s a present from my parents, so it represents the love from them. It is their love that encouraged me through a lot difficult time. Secondly, It is also my fiend who tickles me and string along with me. When I am tied or sad, a simple look at its fuzzy body and cute face will lighten me immediately. At night I am used to carry it in arm while sleeping to keep myself away from loneliness.
It was something that helped me through my childhood and added to my social life. It stopped me from being lonely, and allowed me to feel empathy for something, even though it wasn’t rally alive.
Egg is my favorite food, there are several reasons for my preference. Firstly, it is nutritious . Eggs can provide us with enough protein for an entire day. Secondly , cooking eggs is very convenient especially the boiling egg, all you have to do is just boil the water with the cleaned eggs in it Besides there are so many different ways to cook eggs. You can boil it, pan-fry it, stir-fry it, quick-fry it, steam it ect. What’s more, you can choose any way you like to season it. I prefer spicy food, so I add garlic, onions , and sautéed mushrooms. I think Cantonese food seems to be the best .It is light, and you can taste the natural flavor of the wide variety of foods without much seasoning .Seafood cooked in Cantonese style is wonderful. But the only thing I’m not happy about is the prices.
I prefer to eat at home for many reasons. One of which is that when I eat at home, I am always with my family or a couple of friends. While eating, we will have very pleasant conversations without worrying about being loud. We will also have the privacy to talk the things we want to talk about. Whereas at a restaurant there are always lots of other people who I feel are watching me eat and try to steal our conversations. And even worse, sometimes, loud conversations and laughter in a boisterous restaurant may get in the way of a good meal. Another reason that I prefer to eat at home is that I can prepare my food just the way I like it. At a restaurant they prepare your food according to their recipe , which I don’t always like. A good example of this is that last month I ate out with two friends in a fancy restaurant, and I ordered steak, medium rare; but when it was brought to me, I found out it was way overcooked. Such experiences always make me wonder why I decided to eat out in the first place, especially considering the fact that I am a wonderful cook.
Further, eating at home is much cheaper, and I don’t like to waste hard earned money. For example, preparing a fine meal at home for a group of 6 or 7 probably costs 40 dollars. But , on the other hand ,if you eat in a restaurant , it is going to cost 200 dollars. Also, when I eat at home, I don’t have to worry too much tipping a waiter or watching out for my manners. Eating at home, I am more comfortable and more likely to enjoy the food.
I would like to have a dog as a pet for I can a lot of things from a dog such as loyalty, content, and positive attitude.
First of all, you will never feel alone if you are accompanied by a dog, because your dog will always abide your orders and will never leave you. You can walk your dog in the park so as to keep fit. you can also take your dog to your camp site bringing more fun and laugh to your trip.

IN my closet I have clothes of many colors but my favorite color is white . White strikes me as such a easygoing color.
