本溪POE调试手册
一、 连接设备
1. 工具准备
1) A线:U口转串口(9针)一条,
安装驱动(win7的话,找一个可以联网的环境,让它自动联网更新)
2) B线:网口转串口(9孔)一条(一定使用原厂自带的)
3) CRT软件(原有调SMC的4.0版本就OK)
4) POE设备及电源线
5) 1.25光模块X2,双方头尾纤一条
2. 连接过程
1) POE的调试口连B线网口,B线串口(9孔)接A线串口(9针),A线U口连电脑
2) 1.25光模块插POE第3口,连双方头尾纤到PTN设备(提前通知PTN督导加好数据)
3) 第一台SMC设备连5口,第二台SMC设备连6口,依次向下排
4) POE加电后3-5秒后SYS灯慢闪,POW灯长亮
二、 连接调试
1. 我的电脑-属性-串口设置-看自己的串口是几;然后打开CRT进行连接设置
点击Connect,接入
2. 参数配置(现场配置两个SMC,vlan分别为1523,1524)
总体来说就是配置3个(一个光口,2个SCM电口)端口,都改为trunk模式,并添加VLAN。
下面打印消息中标黄的为需要手动输入的命令,标绿的为查询结果
1) 输入账号密码
Username: admin
Password:(输入admin由于不显示,请输入的时候注意不要输入错误)
2) 敲入两条命令进入CONFIG模式

3) 配置光口
Switch_config#int g0/3(进入3口-光口)
Switch_config_g0/3#switchport mode trunk(修改这个口为trunk模式)
Switch_config_g0/3#switchport trunk vlan-allowed 1,1523,1524(允许这个口通过的VLAN)
Switch_config_g0/3#speed 1000(配置端口速率为强制千兆)沟通本溪地市PTN督导后得知,传输设备端口支持自适应,所以这条命令不用下发,略过即可。
Switch_config_g0/3#exit(退出端口)
Switch_config#vlan 1523,1524(创建这两个VLAN)

4) 配置电口(用于连接SMC)
Switch_config#int g0/5(进入端口5)
Switch_config_g0/5#switchport mode trunk(修改5口为trunk模式)
Switch_config_g0/5#switchport trunk vlan-allowed 1,1523(允许5口通过的Vlan)
Switch_config_g0/5#exit(退出5口)
Switch_config#int g0/6(进入端口6)
Switch_config_g0/6#switchport mode trunk(修改6口为trunk模式)
Switch_config_g0/6#switchport trunk vlan-allowed 1,1524(允许6口通过的Vlan)
Switch_config_g0/6#exit(退出6口)
5) 检查配置结果

6) 保存结果

(最好等SMC都起来,并测试正常的情况下,下发保存命令。1.如果命令下发前检查发现参数错误,可以重启POE设备进行重新配置,重启前的设置都不生效。2.测试结果都OK的情况下,下发这条命令进行保存,即使重启也会保留设置)
三、 注意事项:
1. 使用CRT软件连接POE设备后,敲几下回车,会提示输入账号(账号,密码统一为admin)
2. 配置POE的时候尽量不连接传输线和SMC的网线,这样操作界面会“干净”一些
3. 一定注意使用厂家原装的数据线否则无法接入
四、 遇到问题的检测方法
使用show命令查看端口或者VLAN状态:
在测试主机和网络的连通性是我们可以正常的使用ping
使用traceroute探测路由
使用show int 查看端口详情,看每个端口配置及是否存在丢包或者端口故障
