战略思维来源于军事领域，后广泛使用于企业经营中。作为自己人生的董事长，需具备战略思维，才能掌控人生方向。战略思维是对重大问题进行全局性、长远性、根本性、创新性、开放性谋划的思维方式。“故经之以五事，校之以计，而索其情：
一曰道，二曰天，三曰地，四曰将、五曰法。”
《孙子兵法》对赢得战争提出了五个方面的考量，分别是道、天、地、将、法，这也是全局性的五个维度。有人会说，我给自己设立了很多目标，但是很难坚持下去。比如，我月底要瘦十斤，我年底想要加薪，我要坚持运动。目标和使命感的区别在于，使命是对目的和意义的认知，而目标是要实现的具体结果和成就。使命是稳定的，而目标是阶段性的。有位做服装生意的年轻人，为了实现营收目标，全年无休。终于有一天，他感觉实在是太累了，就来请问老师。他说，他很用心工作，也清楚知道企业的经营目标，可为什么自己总是对工作不耐烦，感觉很浮躁。老师说，人热爱自己的另一半不会觉得累，为什么热爱工作就会累呢？这个世界上有这么多从事服装生意的人，你不卖了，别人也会卖。若只是为了赚钱养家，早晚有一天会让你没有的力量。经营企业的目的和意义才是力量源泉。衣服谁都会卖，你将客户装在心里了吗？你能够通过服装专递爱吗？你的服装赋予了客户什么？所以，找到使命感和价值感，不是思考要成就一番怎样的事业，而是思考想利益一群什么样的人。当你找到一群人并深深地爱上他们的时候，才能真正热爱自己的事业，让自己充满动力。只有与天下大势、时代发展同频共振，才能借力并取得长期的成功。孙中山先生说过：“天下大势，浩浩汤汤，顺之者昌，逆之者亡。”
举个例子，双减政策对于教培行业的冲击众所周知，在艰难的形势下，新东方却依靠国家大势逆风翻盘。前些年，国家在大力开展脱贫攻坚工作，新东方洞察了这个趋势，将业务转向农业赛道，直播带货助农产品的同时孵化了“东方甄选”品牌。俞敏洪将转型的成功总结为2个原因：第一，农业领域是国家会永远支持的领域；第二，农产品卖好了，能够真的帮到农业公司和农民。这就是与时代大势同频共振的力量。
很多年轻人有这样的想法：我要借着新兴行业的红利，轻松挣到大钱。
如果你能看到行业红利，当然要抓住。但要明白，红利是会消失的。我们不能顺着红利随波逐流，而是要深深地扎根到行业中，修炼自己的核心竞争力。核心竞争力，是坚持做难而正确的事，建立护城河。
余华的《兄弟》中有一段话：“写作就是这样奇妙，从狭窄开始往往写出宽广，从宽广开始反而写出狭窄。”
大家都喜欢做简单的事，谁做成了难事，谁就能成功。难事因为难做，很多人会轻易放弃。这时候只要你坚持下去，就会发现后面的路越来越宽，在这条路上跟你竞争的人越来越少。
将 选择朋友
对于战争，“将”是选择将领；对于企业，“将”是选择管理层；对于我们，“将”是找到志同道合的一群人。所谓志同道合，志同，是志向相同；道合，是格局吻合。与志同道合之人同行，才能走得更远，与心灵品质更高的志同道合之人相处，才能站得更高，走得更远。桃园三结义是历史上著名的讲述志同道合的友情的故事。东汉末年有三位有着不同背景和能力，但是拥有相同理想的将领：刘备、关羽和张飞。刘备是刘家富农出身，志向远大；关羽勇猛有谋略；张飞勇猛威武。三人共同的理想，都是为国家的安定而战。于是，他们在桃园一起发下誓言、结为兄弟，共渡了许多战争与艰难。这个经典的故事，展示了志同道合之人只要心怀正义，相互砥砺，就能战胜任何困难。
法 制度保障
前文提到的使命感为我们提供内驱力，制度保障就是我们的外驱力。做成一件难而正确的事，一定会遇到困难、挫折与诱惑。在困难面前，我们不可避免地会产生放松、懈怠、拖延乃至放弃的想法。制度保障，就是在这些时刻，推着我们向前的外驱力。规矩是自我管理的保障。比如我们想要减肥，如果不制定减肥计划，那大概率会减肥失败。那些减肥成功的人，都是计划好每天的锻炼，规划好饮食结构，记录好每天的体重。
制度保障的方式，除了设置规矩，还包含找到相互砥砺之人。比如，想要实现每天学习一小时的计划，自己学不如和朋友相约一起学，可以互相鼓励、互相监督。同时还能交流收获与感受，相互促进知识的理解。
具备战略思维的全局性，就要从使命与价值、时代大势、行业发展、选择朋友、制度保障这五个维度去综合思考问题。_______________________________________
