王启江,1974年生于敦煌，斋号漠蓝斋。中国工笔画学会会员、甘肃省美术家协会会员、北京工笔重彩画会会员、敦煌市美术家协会副主席，非遗敦煌石粉彩绘技艺代表性传承人，第三届敦煌文化奖获得者，2021-2023敦煌市领军人才。敦煌市政协书画联谊会副会长，敦煌市政协九届委员、十届常委。
幼时即酷爱艺术，受敦煌艺术的熏陶，长期专注于敦煌壁画的临摹与创作。毕业于中国书画函授大学中国画专业，结业于山东理工大学美术学院。作品分别获得中国美术家协会主办的第三届、第四届“朝圣敦煌”全国美术作品展入会资格作品；入选2018“翰墨神木”全国中国画作品展。中央电视台、中国美术报、日本NHK电视台、韩国日报、人民日报《艺术家》、中国书画报、中国佛教协会会刊《法音》、《读者欣赏》、《发展》等均有报道。出版有举一反三画白描《敦煌壁画佛像》、中国壁画线描精品系列丛书《敦煌》。为张掖大佛寺、酒泉法幢寺，兰州植物园”敦煌园”， 临夏白云观，敦煌市博物馆等多处绘制大型墙面装饰壁画。多次在日本，韩国，法国及中国上海，成都，南通，兰州，桂林，宁波等多地举办个展或联展。
Wang Qijiang, born in Dunhuang in 1974, is known as the Mo Lan Zhai. Member of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Society, Gansu Artists Association, Beijing Gongbi Heavy Color Painting Association, Vice Chairman of the Dunhuang Artists Association, Representative Inheritor of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Dunhuang Stone Powder Painting Art, Winner of the 3rd Dunhuang Cultural Award, and Leading Talent of Dunhuang City from 2021 to 2023. Vice President of the Calligraphy and Painting Association of the Dunhuang Municipal Political Consultative Conference, member of the 9th and 10th Standing Committees of the Dunhuang Municipal Political Consultative Conference.
I loved art from a young age and was influenced by Dunhuang art. I have been dedicated to copying and creating Dunhuang murals for a long time. Graduated from the Chinese Painting major at the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, and graduated from the School of Fine Arts at Shandong University of Technology. The works have respectively obtained admission qualifications for the 3rd and 4th "Pilgrimage to Dunhuang" National Art Exhibition organized by the China Artists Association; Selected for the 2018 "Hanmo Shenmu" National Chinese Painting Exhibition; Selected for the 13th National Art Exhibition - Gansu Art Exhibition on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. CCTV, China Art Daily, NHK TV in Japan, Korean Daily, People's Daily "Artist", China Calligraphy and Painting Daily, China Buddhist Association journals "Fayin", "Reader Appreciation", "Development", etc. have all reported. He has published a series of books titled "Dunhuang Mural Paintings and Buddha Statues" and "Dunhuang". Large scale wall decoration murals have been painted for various places such as Zhangye Dafo Temple, Jiuquan Fazhuang Temple, Lanzhou Botanical Garden Dunhuang Garden, Linxia Baiyun Temple, and Dunhuang Museum. Multiple solo or joint exhibitions have been held in Japan, South Korea, France, Shanghai, Chengdu, Nantong, Lanzhou, Guilin, Ningbo, and other places in China.
