新装的 ubuntu，安装软件老失败

发现有文件无法下载，文件路径前缀是IP地址，分析是运营商的缓存。

https 的话得安装 apt-transport-https

apt-get install apt-transport-https

修改sources.list如下添加aliyun镜像
