Sugar Creek Winery
The vineyard I want to introduce is Sugar Creek Winery. It is in the state of Missouri in North America. The name of the winery means that they have a love for wines. The owner Chris[A1] spent more than twenty years working in the winery to develop the wine’s quality. After many years of development, there are many kinds of wines now. For example, there are dry wines, semi-dry wines, semi-sweet wines, and dessert wines. Each category of wine has a number of kinds of wines.
There are more than nine kinds of wine grapes in this vineyard of Sugar Creek Winery. In brief, they are Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Seyual, Cythiana, Chambouricim, Vidal, Chardonel and Noire Blend. Thanks to the soil surrounding them, these wine grapes are very suitable to grow. On [A2] the other side, the good weather there [A3] also provides a long time for the wine grapes to grow. For instance, the day there is very good with lots of sunshine. And the night there is with a low temperature. As a result, it is very helpful for grapes to accumulate nutrition. Thanks to [A4] these good factors, the wine grapes there are with very good qualities. In addition, the wines there are very nice. As for the wines, I believe it is easy to find one kind of wine which you like. The dry wine Vidal Blanc is produced with the combined grapes Piont Grigio and Savigon Blanc. And the grapes chardonnay and Seyval is the winery's Chardonel. Chardonel is also a kind of dry wine in the Sugar Creek Winery. And if there are seventy percent of Chythiana and thirty percent of Chambourcim, it is the Michael's Signature. It is a kind of dry wine similar to Tuscan Red. The last grape is Vidal and Chardonel grapes. Using these two kinds of grapes, you can produce La Rustica White. It is delicious with beef. It is a very good dinner wine. It is worth to have it. There are also many award-winning wines at Sugar Creek Winery. There are three wines won awards in the Missouri Wines State Competition for the year 2013. In brief, they are Boone Country White for gold medal, Michael’s Signature Red for silver medal and Vidal Blanc for silver medal.
In the other way, it is also a good place to relax and private parties. The winery’s unique feature is that they hold weddings there. The environment is very beautiful and natural.
