五彩瓷器，产生于北宋晚期，产地，只留下汉语拼音hong,jiang.的实据线索。在对汝窑进行改进时，成功地在卵白色汝窑上创烧了五彩。五彩瓷器基本色调以红 、黄、绿、蓝、紫五色彩料为主，按照花纹图案的需要施于瓷器釉上，再二次入炉经过700——800摄氏度的高温二次锫烧而成，其特点是以釉上彩的装饰方法。它的存世器物珍稀。

Multicolored porcelains, originated in the late Northern Song Dynasty, leave only the evidence clues of the Chinese phonetic alphabet hong, jiang. Its survivors are rare.

元代景德镇逐渐发展成中国瓷业生产的中心，“枢府窑”的瓷器为五彩瓷的产生奠定了基础。清朱琰《陶说》记载：“新烧大足素者，久润。有青色及五色，花且俗。”这一评述认为，作为新品种的五彩器不如元代以白为主的枢府瓷、卵白瓷和青花瓷好，反映了元代尚白的审美习俗。这对后人了解元代有五彩瓷这样一个事实，恰是一个有力的注脚。童书业先生曾说过一段话：“从整个瓷器发展史看来，元代是一个中衰时期，旧瓷虽然衰落，而新瓷已在酝酿，我们不能小看元代瓷器中的创新因素。”发现了带有“博陵第”款识的元代五彩瓷器，器型一般比较大，色彩比较鲜明，画工极尽完美，件件都堪称大师之作。

Mr. Tong Shuye once said, 'From the whole history of porcelain development, the Yuan Dynasty was a period of decline. Although old porcelain was declining, while new porcelain was brewing, we should not underestimate the innovative factors in the Yuan Dynasty porcelain.' It is found that the Yuan Dynasty's multicoloured porcelain with the knowledge of 'Bolingdi' is generally large in shape and bright in colour. The painters are perfect and the pieces can be regarded as masterpieces.
