Master 0sifu Story: A frog in a shallow well

A frogliving in a shallow well told merrily its own happiness and well being of lifeto a big turtle that lives in the East Sea and warmly invited the turtle tocome to its home.

生活在一口浅水井中的青蛙，非常愉快地向东海之中的大鳖描述自己的幸福和快乐，并请东海鳖到自己家中做客。

 

The EastSea turtle could not enter the small abode of the frog, but could only chatwith the frog at the handrail around the well. The turtle said, “The sea is sowide that a thousand mile cannot describe its width and a thousand ren (an ancientmeasure of varying length) cab bit describe its depth. Time and raindrops couldnot change its capacity. It is such great pleasure to live there.”

东海鳖无法步入青蛙蜗居，只好在水井栏杆和青蛙聊天，东海鳖告诉青蛙说：“海是如此的辽阔宽广，千里之遥，不足以形容它的开阔；千仞之高，不足以表明它的深度；时间和雨水都不能使它的容量发生变化，居住在这样的环境里，真是享有莫大的快乐。”

 

Afterhearing this, the frog was at a loss, surprised and depressed.

青蛙听完番话后，惊讶万状地看着东海鳖，一脸茫然和失落的样子。
