I still value their ideas and opinions."

Kate texted her mom during the interview's photoshoot. As the interviewer revealed, "You can see why the Middletons remain such a close family (Catherine texted her on the shoot to wish her luck)." Basically, even the Duchess of Cambridge isn't too busy to text her mother when it really matters.
