Once there was a Little Brown Puppy who loved his mama very much.

从前有一只棕色的小狗非常爱他的妈妈。

So, he got her the best present that he could find – a big, beautiful bone.

所以，他给了她最好的礼物，是他找到的一个美丽的大骨头。

“This bone was very hard to get. It’s from a dinosaur, I bet,” said the Little Brown Puppy.

棕色小狗说：“这骨头很难弄到的。我敢打赌，它是来自一只恐龙的。”

And Mama said, “I love the bone, my Little Brown Puppy. And I love you.”

妈妈说：“我亲爱的棕色小狗，我爱这个骨头。我爱你。”

 

When the Little Brown Puppy told his friends that he gave his mama a present, they wanted to give their mamas presents, too.

当棕色小狗告诉他的朋友们给了妈妈一个礼物时，他们也想要送给妈妈们礼物。

 

Little Turtle brought a strawberry.

小乌龟带来了一个草莓。

“This strawberry’s so red and sweet. It’s for you and me and Dad to eat,” he said.

他说：“这草莓又红又甜。这是给您和爸爸还有我吃的。”

And Mama said, “I love the strawberry, my Little Turtle. And I love you.”

小乌龟妈妈说：“我爱草莓，我的小乌龟。我爱你。”

 

Soft Little Rabbit made something special for her mama.

温柔的小兔子为妈妈做了一些特别的事情。

“These carrots are to swing above your cozy bed, with all my love,” she said.

她说：“这些胡萝卜会在您舒适的床上荡秋千，里面包含我所有的爱哦。”

And Mama said, “I love the carrots, my Soft Little Rabbit. And I loveyou.”

小兔子妈妈说：“我爱这些胡萝卜，我温柔的小兔子。我爱你。”

 

Sweet Little Birds searched all day to find tasty treats for their mama.

可爱的小鸟们给他们的妈妈找美味的食物找了一整天。

“You bring us worms and beetles, too. Today we’re sharing them with you,” they said.

他们说：“您给我们带来了蠕虫和甲虫。今天我们要和您分享。”

And Mama said, “I love my tasty treats, my Sweet Little Birds. AndI love you.”

小鸟们的妈妈说：“我爱这些美味，我可爱的小鸟们。我爱你们。”

 

Clever Little Monkey knew his mama liked things that went roundand round.

聪明的小猴子知道他妈妈喜欢能旋转的东西。

“I made this whirligig for you. It whirls and twirls when the breeze blows through,” he said.

他说，“我为您做了这个旋转木马。当微风拂过的时候，它不停地转啊转。”

And Mama said, “I love my whirligig, my Clever Little Monkey. AndI love you.”

小猴子妈妈说：“我爱这个旋转木马，我聪明的小猴子。我爱你。”

 

Billy knew what his mama would like best of all.

比利知道他的妈妈会喜欢一切最好的事物。

“Here’s a kiss, and here’s a hug, and here’s my very very special hug,” he said.

他说：“这是一个吻，还有一个拥抱，并且这是我非常非常特殊的拥抱哦。”

“I love you, Mama.”

“我爱你，妈妈。”

And Mama said, “I love you, too.”

比利妈妈说：“我也爱你。”
