2021年度睡眠障碍重要研究进展

睡眠是一种高度保守的生命现象,与生物进化、物种繁衍和个体生存发展等密切相关。睡眠在正常生命活动及重大疾病发生中都发挥重要作用。2021年,睡眠医学有哪些新进展,有哪些新期待,让我们一起来学习吧。

2.睡眠时长与心血管疾病

一项纳入404044人的研究发现,睡眠时长与高血压、房颤、肺栓塞和慢性缺血性心脏病呈负相关[11]。提示睡眠时长过短(≤6小时)是高血压、房颤、肺栓塞和慢性缺血性心脏病的潜在风险因素(图3)。
