4.Sr. IT Specialist_ Application Lifecycle Management AM 

Responsibility:       

-Monitor and tune capacity and performance

-Maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

-Manages incidents, problems, changes and releases

-Implements new releases and sets up standards for operational management

-Resolves complex problems with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

-Configures and implements new request in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Requirements: 

-Master Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) server administration including setting up the whole ALM server system and performance tuning

-Strong understanding of test process

-Process oriented / driven and good at documenting changes

-Master MS SQL Server 2005 administration and familiar with SQL Server 2005 development

-Must have Windows 2003 server administration experience

-Familiar with Java and JBoss

-Fluent in scripting especially VBA (Visual Basic for applications)l.

-Familiar with IIS and http

-Excellent communications skills and customer service experience.

-Good in English, both verbal and written
