任何好的习惯，都需要从小养成，并且需要有良好的品格做基础。只有致力于品格的培养，孩子成长的大树，才能坚固长久，经得起风雨考验。
有一本讲述孩子品格习惯养成的书备受海外学校推崇，叫做《The 7 Habits of Happy Kids》快乐孩子的7个习惯。国外很多学校根据这本书的内容，给学生们画了一个“7个习惯树 / The 7 Habits Tree ”-的海报，作为孩子们品格教育的参照纲领。
这些海报被贴在教室里和家里，时时刻刻提醒孩子们注意自己的想法和言行。
今天，我们就一起来学习如何培养孩子的良好品格。
从树根开始从下往上，这7个习惯像一棵树一样逐渐长成。它们分别是：

从双赢的角度出发

先理解别人，再求被人理解

从这张图上我们可以看出，前3个习惯是根基，只有做到这些，孩子才能发展出其他的良好品格。孩子做事有目标、有积极性之后，才能探讨怎么做，与他人之间的关系，以及如何提高做事效率。
