According to the seventh "Shanghai World Expo City Civil Index" finished in the end of August, the civilized city index of Shanghai increased comprehensively and crossed 90 points to be 91.08 points for the first time. At the same time, complaints about long lines at the World Expo Site decreased to 1 percent of all complaints.
The index of last time's assessment was 89.1, and that of first time in the end of 2009 was nearly 79.
According to the newest statistics, the Shanghai World Expo had received more than 2,400 complaints in August, but only 27 of them were about long queues, which accounts for only 1 percent of the all complaints.
