华润悦玺道位于柳西河旁，与“书藏古今”的天一阁对望，简约内敛，静谧且庄重。天一生水，地六成之，天一阁所藏之书承载着自古积淀的深厚文化。书院作为文化的承载，给予古人们心灵之寄托与慰藉。
Moderate, tranquil and solemn, Central Avenue is ideally located by Liuxi River and opposite the oldest private library “Ningbo Tianyi Pavilion”, which has amassed a collection of rare books and recorded the history and culture of the city. It was a spiritual sustenance and comfort for ancient people.

天一阁空间分析
Tianyi Pavilion Spatial Analysis
东园作为曾经宁波古代著名的私家园林之一，后陈从周老先生将其设计为现在天一阁的后花园，其环园皆廊也，樟木蔚然成林，疏池叠石，以位于天一阁之东，故名东园。
The East Garden was once a well-known private garden in ancient Ningbo City. Situated in the east of Tianyi Pavilion, it was redesigned by Mr. Chen Congzhou as its backyard, which is enclosed by corridors and decorated by luxuriant camphor trees, clear ponds and artificial hills.

借陈老先生“曲岸弯环，水漾涟漪，堂之影、亭之影、山之影、树之影皆沉浮波中，虚实互见”之意作为我们的设计理念。
Our design idea comes from Mr. Chen’s praise for the East Garden: gleaming ripples cut the round lake’s surface, over which the hall, the pavilion, the hills and the trees cast their shadows, presenting a harmonious combination of the void and the solid.

堂之影
Shadow of the Hall
景观主入口与建筑整体融合，干净明快的立面与市政香樟树进行光影对话，相得益彰。同时以雅致庄重的风格营造入口仪式感，围合私密的氛围散发出独有的书院气质。
The landscape entrance integrates with the architecture, while the elegant facade dialogues with the shadows of the camphor trees, which complement each other. Meanwhile, the enclosed structure and the elegant style contribute to a unique ceremonial and academic-style entrance space.

光影长廊对景观流线及空间的承接与转换有着引导作用，透过香槟不锈钢圆管格栅望向中心内院，虚虚实实隔而不断，“小园几许，收尽春光”。
Landscapes and spaces are organized along the shadowy corridor; seen from the champagne stainless steel grating, the central yard is partly hidden and partly visible. “Small as the garden is, the beauty is everywhere.”
格栅树影，水漾漪漪，疏池叠石，光影斑驳，给整个空间平添几分意境。
Metal grating, tree shadows, water ripples, ponds and hills add some poetry and romance to the whole space.
山之影
Shadow of the Hills
围合的传统空间格局，营造极致的山水画境的写意空间。在有限的空间内，通过闻墙、水苑、浮岛，石语等细节限定出不同的院落和景色。
The garden is designed in traditional enclosed style, within the limited space of which, the designer employed landscape walls, waterscapes, floating island, stones, etc. to define different yards and landscape scenes.
东方禅意融合抽象化的线条，搭配不规则边缘的步道，细节体现匠心，传统与现代相互渗透，方尺之间营造文化意境。
Oriental zen combines with abstract lines, together with the irregular-edged walking path, showing the penetration between tradition and modernity and creating a cultural atmosphere within the small space.
以深灰色墙体立面作为载体，任凭摇曳树影恣意投射之上，突显乌桕自然生长的生命张力，光影静谧、诗意庭院虚实互见，将空间清雅的书院气质进一步烘托。
Dark gray wall serves as the background, against which the shadows of the trees sway along with the breeze, showing the vitality of the Chinese tallow trees. Quiet light and shadows as well as the poetic yard further enhance the graceful and academic aura of the space.
沿着步道边缘布置古风灯笼造型的景观灯，星星点点，给整个空间更添几分静谧。
The walking path is dotted with landscape lamps in the form of antique lanterns, bringing out the tranquility of the whole space.

Academy-Style Landscape
华润悦玺道旨在打造一个书院气质的山水画境，诠释东方写意的场域精神及对传统美学的认知，从城市的喧嚣中回归本我，让匆忙的脚步慢下来，给现代人的心灵一个归家之处。
Central Avenue is aimed at creating an academic-style and picturesque environment, which well interprets the spirit of place in oriental style and the understanding of traditional aesthetics. It allows people to escape from the hustle and bustle of the big city and slow down to enjoy the warmth and comfort of home.
